Watch your child transform into a Boss in just eight sessions with AllBoss Club!
In the very first session, each Boss kickstarts their journey by creating a business based on their passions and interests. From what they sell to how they brand it, every detail is rooted in their unique vision. But this is just the beginning.
The AllBoss Club curriculum is designed to teach essential 21st-century skills like adaptability, innovation, and resilience. As your child grows week by week, their business will evolve alongside them—reflecting their learning, creativity, and confidence.
Every element of each Boss's business is fully personalized:
They choose the color of their uniform, the pattern of their BossRunner, and design their very own logo. These logos are printed and placed in custom Velcro sleeves—ready to attach to their BossRunner and uniform, making their brand official.
Let your child lead, create, and thrive like a Boss!

Program Overview
At the heart of the AllBoss Curriculum is the belief that every child can be a Boss. Whether participants enter the program with an existing business idea or have never seen themselves as entrepreneurs before, AllBoss meets them where they are. The flexible, learner-centered approach empowers all Bosses to dream big, build confidence, and explore their passions.
Throughout the program, each Boss starts and develops their own business, learning entrepreneurial concepts that directly apply to their venture. The curriculum is designed to be fully adaptable to any idea, from handmade crafts to service-based businesses.
Curriculum Structure
The AllBoss Curriculum is delivered through eight dynamic modules. Each module includes:
-
A focused lesson introducing key entrepreneurial concepts
-
A hands-on project that reinforces the learning
-
A marketplace simulation where Bosses practice and apply their skills
Bosses also engage in personal branding through the Branding Module, where they design their own logos and choose personalized materials, including:
-
Uniforms: Each Boss selects their own color hat and apron
-
BossRunners: Custom-patterned apron stands with Velcro-attached logos
-
Printed logos: Created by the Boss, these logos slide into a clear sleeve for display
Marketplace Simulations & BossBucks
Real-world practice is central to the AllBoss experience. Each class includes a marketplace simulation, where Bosses set up stands and sell to one another using BossBucks—the program’s internal currency. Each Boss receives $25 in BossBucks at the start of the program to use across all sessions. This intentional limitation encourages innovation, strategic thinking, and business adaptability.
Parents are also invited to participate in the marketplace by making real purchases, which helps Bosses experience genuine customer interaction. However, to maintain fairness and simulate real-world constraints, real money earned by a Boss cannot be used to buy from other Bosses.
A Program for All Bosses
The AllBoss Curriculum isn't just about building businesses—it's about building belief. Every Boss’s journey is unique, and the program is intentionally designed to support different backgrounds, learning styles, and confidence levels. By combining creativity, entrepreneurship, and real-world experiences, AllBoss empowers young people to lead with vision, adaptability, and purpose.

Sara, C. Columbus, OH
I just bought my son a sewing machine. Never in a million years did I expect him to become so inspired and willing to try new things.

Chris, J. Mooresville, NC
AllBoss Club is a favorite of both of my sons, 14 and 16. This program is really different from anything we have seen. My youngest lacked the confidence to do this on his own and for him especially, the program was transformational."

Olivia, O. La Mesa, CA
Inspiring! Watching my son evolve as a "Boss" throughout this program was incredible. I am so proud of him and his business. He started with 3D printed items, added Pokémon cards, and is now making bookmarks, booklets and matching pens. He crafts all week! All the crafting/creating would never have happened without this program. We are thrilled!
